This is not a rom, but an overlay which makes your base rom looks like hyperoid os

Same as that of base rom with some hyperoid features...

Instruction

• Get the base rom [temasek cm12] from here
• Go to recovery Wipe Cache, Dalvik Cache, Data, Clean to install new Rom
• then choose the base ROM zip & flash..
• Follow the instructions on first boot
• Reboot to recovery and flash the overlay
• Reboot and done!

Note

• Do not wipe or factory reset just before or after flashing the overlay 
• In  case you have to wipe/factory reset in the future, dirty flash the base rom, follow the instructions on first boot, reboot to recovery and flash the overlay
• You can switch back to the base rom anytime by dirty flashing the base rom
