2g3g bug fixes

Patch to fix 2g/3g network switches. These are not just meant for E311 device but can also be applied to any MT6592 devices running on the following roms.

Instructions

Go to recovery and backup the current rom (I wont be responsible for any data loss)

Flash the FIX
Clean Dalvik cache
Reboot

(if you get any messages like com.android.phone stopped working, this fix cant be applied to your rom, in which case, go back to recovery and restore the rom backup we made at the begining)

-> From settings you could only set the 'prefered network' as 2g or 3g but if 2g network predominates 3g over your area, even if you set to 3g, you would be getting only 2g network. So here is how to fix this

Open dialer
Type the code " *#*#4636#*#*
0pen phone information, scroll down to "set preferred network type"
Select "WCDMA only" for 3g or "GSM only" for 2g network
This will force your device to use the selected network, so if the selected network doesnt have coverage over your area, it might show "no service" and if you continue using that, you cant send/receive messages, call or use internet and eventually your battery will drain off faster
Anyway, you are done!
