Hi Friends,

Presenting Universal Guide To Port MiUi For Micromax E311

Porting Procedure Is Divided Into Five Parts.

1 : Boot Image

2 : Build Prop

3 : System Files

4 : Super SU & Mount Points

5 : Zip & Flash

Note : Guide Is Working Properly & Tested Many Times, So Make Sure You Are Following Guide Poperly.

Note : I AM NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR BRICKED DEVICES, DO ALL AT YOUR OWN RISK

This Guide Will Only Work If Your Are Porting ROM From Redmi Note 3G Only

Base ROM = Any ROM Downloaded From Below Links

1. Redmi Note 3G Collection
2. Redmi Note 3G (China or Global)

Step 1: Boot Image Changes

1. Unpack Base ROM Boot Image
2. Replace "boot.img-kernel" From Universal Patch  Files
3. Replace Camera Lines In "init.rc" From "Init #Camera.txt"

Step 2 : Build.Prop Changes

• Add/Edit Following Lines in Base ROM system->build.prop

                       ro.build.display.id=Ported By Ashok

                       ro.product.model=E311

                       ro.product.brand=Micromax

                       ro.product.name=E311

                       ro.product.locale.language=en

                       ro.product.locale.region=IN

                       persist.sys.defaulttimezone=Asia/Calcutta

                       qemu.hw.mainkeys=0

                       ro.sf.lcd_density=320

Step 3 : Replace / Overwrite System Files

• Delete "firmware" & "mddb" Folder From Base ROM system->etc
• Copy All Folders From Universal Patch -> System To Base ROM System
• Don't Replace "build.prop" Because We Already Did Changes In Step 2

Step 4 : Super SU & Mount Points

• Copy Paste "META-INF" and "supersu" Folder To Base ROM
• Note : I Already Did Mount Point & SuperSU Related Changes in an updater-script, So You Just Have to Copy Paste It Nothing Else

Step 5 : Zip & Flash

• Pack META-INF,supersu,system and boot.img into zip and transfer it to your phone.
• boot into custom recovery.
• For TWRP Goto Wipe->Advance Wipe -> Select & Wipe "CACHE, DATA & SYSTEM"
• Now Go Back and Select Install -> Select Above Created Zip and Install It.
• If You Get Status 7 Error Than Try To Flash Again

Note : First Boot Will Take 10-15 Minutes.
